Golf

In Urturi and Lagrán is the Izki Golf complex that has two public golf courses where you can play or learn to play the sport. Both courses are surrounded by nature and were designed by Severiano Ballesteros.

The Lagrán Course was founded mainly as a golf school and was recently renovated and transformed into a 9 hole course (par 36). The current course layout is fun, complex, and competitive. You will find long, varied tee shots, rather wide fairways, and some obstacles that require a certain degree of accuracy.

There is an 18 hole par 73 course in Urturi that is on a 98 hectare parcel of land with a total distance of 7 kilometers. This is a golf architecture innovation. Its broad fairways are surrounded by oaks and hollies and the design of its spectacular holes make playing this course quite an experience for enjoying a round of golf in the midst of nature at its finest.

Both courses have a clubhouse, locker rooms, showers, golf bag storage area, golf school, private and group lessons, etc.
